By using Lulorssa’s services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms apply to all passengers, parents, guardians, schools, churches, adult day programs, and organizations that contract or schedule rides with us.

1.Services overview:

Lulorssa provides professional transportation for:

  •  Students attending public, private, or charter schools  programs 
  • After-school activities and tutoring programs
  • Churches and faith-based organizations
  • Adult and developmental day programs
  • Field trips, community events, and special occasions

All services are provided by licensed, insured, and background-checked drivers in compliance with Massachusetts and federal safety regulations.

2. Bookings & Scheduling

  • All rides must be scheduled in advance via phone, email, or contract.
  • Regular route passengers (students or program attendees) follow a set pickup schedule
  • Event or one-time trip requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible
  • Lulorssa reserves the right to decline or modify bookings due to safety, weather, or capacity constraints

3. Cancellations & Schedule Changes

  •  Parents, guardians, or coordinators must notify Lulorssa as soon as possible for cancellations or absences.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Weather-related or emergency cancellations will be communicated promptly by our dispatch team
  • For contracted services, cancellation terms follow the written service agreement

     

4. Pickup & Drop-Off Procedures

  • Passengers should be ready at their scheduled pickup time to avoid delays.
  • For student riders, an authorized adult must ensure the child boards safely
  • Students are released only to authorized adults listed on their file
  • If no adult is present at drop-off, the passenger may be returned to a designated safe location, and additional charges may apply.

5. Safety & Conduct

We maintain strict safety and behavior standards:

  • All passengers must wear seat belts at all times.
  • Eating, drinking, or disruptive behavior is not allowed in vehicles
  • Respect toward drivers and other passengers is required
  • Lulorssa reserves the right to suspend service for repeated safety violations
  • Drivers may refuse transport if a passenger poses a safety risk.

6. Special Needs & Accessibility

  • Lulorssa provides ADA-compliant vehicles and trained staff for passengers with disabilities or special needs.
  • Accurate information must be provided to ensure the correct vehicle and support are assigned
  • Aides or caregivers may accompany passengers if necessary and pre-approved

7. Weather, Delays & Emergencies

  • Routes may be delayed or canceled during hazardous weather conditions or emergencies
  • Parents, schools, and organizations will be notified promptly of any schedule adjustments
  • Drivers are trained in emergency response and communication protocols
  • Safety will always take priority over punctuality in adverse conditions

8. Liability & Insurance

  • Lulorssa carries full commercial vehicle insurance and general liability coverage as required by Massachusetts law.
  • We are not responsible for delays, missed appointments, or damages caused by events beyond our control (traffic, weather, road closures, etc.).
  • Passengers and clients agree to release Lulorssa from liability for indirect or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions

9. Payment & Fees

  • Payment terms depend on the type of service (individual, family, or contracted organization
  • Accepted methods: credit/debit card, ACH transfer, or invoicing (for schools/programs
  • Late or unpaid invoices may result in service suspension or applicable late fees.
  • Contracted clients will be billed according to their service agreement

10. Data & Privacy

  • Lulorssa collects only essential contact and passenger information needed to deliver transportation services safely.
  • Data is stored securely and used solely for operational purposes
  • We comply with Massachusetts privacy and data protection laws

11. Contracted Services

For clients under formal agreements (schools, churches, programs):

  • Terms of service, billing, and cancellation follow the written contract. services safely.
  • Lulorssa may adjust routes, times, or drivers for safety or operational efficiency. purposes
  • Either party may terminate a contract with 30 days’ written notice, unless otherwise stated

12. Property & Personal Belongings

  • Passengers are responsible for their own belongings.
  • Lulorssa is not liable for lost or damaged personal items.
  • Found items will be kept for up to 30 days and can be claimed by contacting our office.

13. Prohibited Items

To ensure safety, the following items are not permitted in any Lulorssa vehicle:

  • Weapons or hazardous materials
  • Tobacco, alcohol, or illegal substances
  •  Open food or beverages (unless medically required

14. Amendments

Lulorssa may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. 

All changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
